Safety
Built around the worry that a bad reply costs you a client.
Three rules, in plain terms.
Negative reviews always wait for a human
A draft for a negative review goes to your queue and stays there until a person on your team approves it. No setting changes that.
Positive reviews can post on their own only if you allow it, and you choose that location by location. It is off by default.
Client data stays separated
Your agency sees only its own locations. Each location has its own voice profile and its own review history. One client's voice and data are never used to write another client's replies.
We never ask for passwords
You connect a profile through Google's own permission screen. We don't see your password or your client's. You can disconnect a location whenever you want.
What keeps drafts on brand
- A voice profile for every location, written by your team.
- A "never say" list for every location.
- A person approves every negative review reply before it posts.
- You can edit any draft before approving it.
