Vouch SoCal ("Vouch," "we," "us") provides Google Business Profile optimization and review management services to small businesses in Long Beach, California. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Free audit requests
When you submit the "Get your free audit" form, we collect the name, business name, category, business address, phone number, email address, and (optionally) Google Maps link you provide. This is sent directly to our form processor, Formspree, and to our team — we use it only to prepare and deliver your audit and to follow up about our services.
Client portal accounts
If you become a client, we create a portal account for you (email address and a password you set) so you can view your profile performance stats and billing status, and submit cancellation requests. Portal accounts and data are hosted by Supabase, our database and authentication provider.
Automatically collected data
Like most websites, our server and hosting provider (Vercel) log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not use this for advertising or tracking across other sites.
2. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. We use a small amount of essential browser storage:
- Cookie consent preference — remembers that you've seen our cookie notice (stored in your browser's local storage).
- Portal session — if you log into the client portal, Supabase stores a session token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. This is strictly necessary for the portal to function and is not used for tracking.
Because these are essential to the site and portal working, there is no "reject all" option that would still let you log in — but you can decline non-essential cookies (we don't set any) using the banner shown on your first visit.
3. How We Use Information
- To prepare and deliver the free Google Business Profile audit you requested.
- To provide, maintain, and secure your client portal account.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing status, or service updates.
- To notify our team when you submit a cancellation request through the portal.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
- Formspree — processes the public audit-request form.
- Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and client portal.
- Resend — sends transactional emails (such as cancellation-request notifications) on our behalf.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to provide their service to us and is bound by its own privacy and security practices.
5. Data Retention
We keep audit-request information for as long as reasonably needed to follow up with you, and client portal/account data for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
6. Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We extend the same access and deletion rights to all clients and visitors regardless of location, as a matter of practice.
To make a request, email vouchsocal@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Security
We never ask for your Google account password. Access to your Business Profile is granted only through Google's Manager role, which you control and can revoke at any time. Portal accounts are protected by Supabase authentication, and client data is restricted so each client can only view their own records.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
