Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vouch SoCal ("Vouch," "we," "us") website and client portal, and the Google Business Profile optimization and review management services we provide. By using our website, portal, or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Vouch provides Google Business Profile audits, optimization, and ongoing management, including review monitoring and response. Additional platforms (such as Yelp or Facebook) may be added as optional services. Exact scope and pricing for your business are provided in a written quote after your free audit, not on this website.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes — including star ratings, review counts, search ranking, or call volume. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including customer behavior, competition, and changes Google makes to its platform. Any figures shown on our website are illustrative examples based on past client work and are not a promise of results for your business.
3. Account Access & Security
We never request or require your Google account password. Access to your Business Profile is granted solely through Google's Manager role, which you control and can revoke at any time without losing ownership of your listing. You are responsible for keeping your client portal login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Billing & Cancellation
Management services are billed monthly on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term contract. The client portal shows your current plan and next billing date, but does not process payments — billing is handled separately through the payment method you've arranged with us directly.
You may request cancellation at any time by submitting a cancellation notice through the client portal, or by emailing us directly. We will confirm receipt and the effective date of cancellation; service continues, and billing applies, through the end of the then-current billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Client Portal Use
The portal is provided for you to view your own profile performance statistics, billing status, and to submit cancellation requests. Portal access is provisioned by us for active clients and may be suspended if your account is cancelled or past due.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or portal — including attempting to access another client's data, interfering with normal operation, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vouch's total liability arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
