How it works
From new review to approved reply in five steps.
Your team makes the call at every point that matters. We do the first draft.
-
Connect profiles
Link each client's Google Business Profile with Google's own sign-in and permission screen. We never see or store a password. You can disconnect a location at any time.
-
Set a voice per location
Each location gets a voice profile. Write down the tone, the selling points worth mentioning, and the things the business never says. Two locations of the same client can sound different if they should.
-
Replies draft
When a new review comes in, our agent writes a reply using that location's voice profile and the review itself. Drafts land in one queue for all of your locations.
-
Your team approves
Someone on your team reads each draft, edits it if needed, and approves it. Negative reviews always stop here. They never post without a person approving them.
-
Replies post
Approved replies post to the client's Business Profile. If you allow it, positive reviews can skip the queue and post on their own. That is a per-location setting, and it is off until you turn it on.
Also included
- A dashboard that shows every location in one place.
- A weekly report you can forward to your client.
What you control
- The voice profile for each location.
- Whether positive reviews auto-post, location by location.
- Who on your team approves replies.
Our Google Business Profile API access is pending. See the FAQ for what that means for the pilot.
Try it on a few of your clients.
The founding pilot is free for 30 days on 3 to 5 locations.
